Returns
You can return your item if it not fit you perfectly or wish to return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customers expense. If you’ve decided you would like to return an item you ordered, please send us an email to: info@scale-11.com. You will get a return confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. We will issue a refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned item and if the item meets the requirements below:
• We do not accept returned sale items purchased in shops. However, if you purchase an item on sale through our website, we will be able to accept it.
• All the items have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them.
• We do not offer refunds on items which have been made to order or personalized.
• We are not able to accept returned items that are soiled or dirty or have been worn or washed.
EXCHANGES
We are not offering exchanges. If you would like to change the size, you will need to place a new order for the size that you need and return your original ordered item.
